In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

These guys were so great. My mom was away for Mother’s Day and wasn’t coming home until the day after. So when I had the flowers scheduled for delivery to her house on Monday, Barb’s CSR called me to verify that I did in-fact want them delivered on the day after Mother’s Day. That’s just another level of customer service, especially during such a busy time.

I recently ordered two floral arrangements from Barb’s Flowers for my grandfather’s funeral. The dozen white roses specifically stood out the most and were absolutely pristine. The quality of the flowers and the care put into the arrangement was exceptional. For those with specific expectations, I recommend selecting a specific arrangement to ensure it meets your vision rather than opting for the florist’s design. Nevertheless, Barb’s Flowers designs provided a lovely spring design and made sure it aligned with our vision.
