I live out of state and so I was not familiar to the flower shops in the Roseburg area. I read reviews on the different shops and Barb’s Flowers customers seemed to be pleased. I went into the website and ordered flowers to be delivered the next day. I made a mistake on the card that was to go with the arrangement so I called early to see if it could be corrected. The lady who answered was extremely friendly and told me she would make the change. The flowers were delivered and the recipient was thrilled!! I am extremely happy with my experience with Barb’s Flowers and would recommend them highly.
